The "dat's racist!" act from you is about 5 years old now. EVOLVE. Both sides love the race-baiting here because it helps pass the time and it's a cheap way to get laughs. Sure, it gets beyond stale at times, but events such as the GZ-TM case rekindle those flames (even though this incident was not racially motivated). It's part of the juice, part of the game--and if you haven't figured it out by now then I don't know what to tell you, especially since you're an accessory to it. Nobody on this board--except for WildCobra--is a tried and true racist in real life. Do you really believe we're out there dropping N-bombs and looking at black people with contempt? If your answer's yes, then I am to believe you truly are a banal Uncle Tom who's inexplicably in constant search of reparations?
It's all fun and games, hence the back and forth threads from Trill and Co. about the latest crime from an (insert race here). It's a symbiotic relationship, but there's a growing undercurrent of jealousy from you about Trill's swag and ability to handle the game. Maybe this is b/c you're basically caffeine free Diet Trill. You're better as a pawn, stay that way. He gets the love from the ST community b/c he's original and funny. As for the sig, I saw it on facebook the other day and thought I could elicit some easy butthurt reactions from simpletons. Lo and behold, you did not disappoint.
Lastly, if a black man were to replace me at my job, it would be due to his intellectual merits, higher credentials, and greater experience. If said person comes along, he'll have my blessing. It will have been hard-earned and well-deserved.

I read the entire article and I agree with it. You know what else? I'm black.
You know what else? I'm in college, never been jailed, never been given a ticket, handle my money responsibly, and constantly educating myself out of school with no motivation. The article shouldn't be directed at "All Blacks" and "All Whites". The article should be directed at idiots. The sad thing about this world and about this article is that it puts everyone into a pool.
There is a group of higher educated African American people such as myself that despise how African Americans are perceived by whites because of the cycle of ignorance that darkens the slums of major cities in the United States. By the articles logic, African Americans are intimidating psychopaths lol. Sheesh. I'm not violent at all but I guess whites are freaking scared to death of us.
I'm educated enough to know that this is ridiculous. The bigger picture is we came from one another through millions of years of evolution....all from a common ancestor. Such an advanced species of life and yet..as a whole still unable to get over its ridiculous issue of race but you know what. Prejudice will never end. What if we were all the same color? People would find another to separate themselves and create a lower ranking people based on physical or biological traits such as the shape of their nose or hair color. This is already being done already. . It could get even more ludicrous than that!.
The world is doomed to stay the same. This is until the universe disasters of chance places this planet out of its misery. Our existence will be a blink in the almost indeterminate unidirectional creation of time as we return to what we came from. I tend to look at the bigger picture. As heavily educated as I am, I know that my body was once part of trees, oceans, domestic animals, and even people. Its a complex thing to think about but this is the realism of life people don't take into perspective.
When you're stereotyping people, you're condescend on people in any shape or form, your condescending yourself. This is why I respect philosophers like Alan Watts and theoretical physicist Michio Kaku. They awaken your mind to a more humble and open minded perspective of this phenomenon.
Back to the subject. This will never stop. The thing I've accepted about racism is that the people being the racists will die. Every culture has its set of a class of people who are idiots. I analyze this in each in every individual forum. Hypocrites in all facets of life. Not all of poster. Just many. The satisfaction to life is that everyone will die whether good or bad. This thought keeps me sane when thoughts bloom of how long the lamebrain comments to last. The inevitable will happen; it is your fate. When I die, I'll be content knowing this will always be the factuality. So yes, continue with your life as if you never read this post and if you never read this post, I guess I will never have the opportunity to open your eyes at anything.
