The two-time defending NBA champion Miami Heat will start their quest for a three-peat Oct. 29 at home against the Chicago Bulls, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports
The newspaper reports that the NBA schedule has not being finalized but is nearly complete and should be released next week. That schedule is also subject to revision.
The Heat will go on the road to play the Los Angeles Lakers on Christmas. Lakers guard Kobe Bryant has stated this summer that he is targeting November or December for a return from a torn Achilles tendon.
