Have no doubt about dude's workrate and determination but I don't think he was born with the talent of a superstar, nor does he play in a big market where the media would hype him into a superstar. He will be a durable version of the prime Josh Howard but you never expect a player like him to lead your team imho.

Knowing Pop, I'd say no. Stick with the system and trust that it'll prevail if put in similar situations. But who knows, he changed his rotations a little so anythings possible.

My sentiments, exactly. I'll never understand why some people even mention his missed ft. He gets a pass since we won't be in a position to have an opportunity to wrap up the game without his contributions on both ends.

This video made me realize that Kawhi actually dunks with authority, although it might seem that he's not looking to do so. Man, really excited to see what he'd be like in his 3rd year. Not gonna say he's gonna be a beast or anything, as I don't wanna get head of myself. I'd very much rather sit back, relax and enjoy everything as his 3rd season unfolds.

I can't lie, I was really hoping somehow Kawhi would've gotten a ring and maybe even a finals MVP after his 2nd year. Who would that have reminded you all of? If Spurs did manage to win the championship, I definitely would've rather had Duncan or Kawhi win it than anyone else.
