If a person is a neocon, doesn't that mean that they support nation building, foreign aid to every country, and overthrowing dictators? You can hate and on Rand Paul all you want but I don't see any evidence of him supporting that stuff. If you look at his record, he is more liberal than Pelosi when it comes to nation building. However, Pelosi is probably a bad example for liberalism since she supports the NDAA and the Patriot Act.
