could win a 7 game series in 6-7 games. Shaq and Timmy would be the perfect duo, timmy can shoot from mid range while Shaq dominates on the inside, Payton and allen would be needed to keep Magic and MJ from dropping too many points, MJ had his worst Finals against Payton and Allen could easily force Magic to shoot more from the outside leading to a worse fg%.
Defensively prime Shaq and Timmy have the size and strength to contain Malone, Hakeem would be a problem and most likely the MVP if the oldschool team won. No one's stopping MJ but making him shoot 45% instead of 50% could help. Lebron would make Bird/MJ work hard on D, they'd most likely try the same tactic in leaving him open for long 2's to limit his fg% but Bron would most likely push the pace and lob it to Shaq (Shaq used to be athletic and fast as , he'd poster Hakeem and Malone no problem).
While my team is not as potent on offense they have the defense needed to contain the other team, Shaq and Lebron can do most of the work on O while others save energy for defense. OP's team doesn't really have good shooters outside of Bird, MJ is not known for his 3pt shot and Magic has one of the ugliest forms of all time, Shaq and Timmy pack the paint while Payton and George work on stopping bird while MJ jacks up 40 shots (10 threes) a game.

If you're going to put a team together, they need to be able to actually run. Those guys are too old. Who gives a about your favorite Youtube guys, that's the only way you ever saw them anyhow. What matters is now since it's all conjecture and we know you cannot even pronounce that word correctly.
