I realize some of you city slicker gots can only get your meals at the drive through window but I'm not the only one in here that BBQ's. It's simple to throw a couple of pork shoulders on at the same time you are cooking a brisket for weekend dinner.

Nope, just a cheapo freezer. I vacuum pack everything and don't have a problem.
