from what i understand, every time a personnel move goes well, you credit Mitch, but every time a personnel move doesn't work out, you blame Jim for ruining the team

This is thanks to Espn and Stephen A Smith. You would think Stephen A has met Jim, but he hasn't. Jim has been running the team since he drafted bynum in 2006. Thats 3 finals, 2 championships , a CP3 Trade, Nash and Dwight Trade. What owner has done better in that stretch of time?

Exactly, and when did Mitch and Jim stand up and say what their 2014 plans were? Durant will be a free agent in 2015. Maybe they will sign QUALITY role players to go with him when he's a free agent then. Its not like the thunder are going to win the ship anytime soon.
