As I said since the the day he was waived: him. He was paid $10M and let Spurs down. His 03 campaign has been fully erased by what he did 10 years later.

Just on a basketball level, I'm not sold that his waiving have hurt Spurs in the playoffs. While he was a terrific on the paper against Miami, he was so bad during the regular season that I have serious doubt he would have helped Spurs.

Jack may well have stepped up in the Finals. I actually think he could have defended Wade the best out of anyone, and that would have made for interesting options for when Ginobili was not having good games. The problem (and people don't seem to really understand this) is that the team only really had room for three wings in their rotation. To think that Leonard or Green should have played even a minute less in the playoffs is pretty hard to believe. Jack would have taken their minutes, and who knows what would have happened?

Whenever Manu missed a lot of shots or hinder the offense, it was always Stephen Jackson's plays that stops the opponents momentum.
