those are bad for your health. they did you a favor
Went to BB&B the other day to get one of those cool Tervis insulated cups because they said they had ones with all the Texas sports teams. And they did have them all, except for one. Obviously the one I wanted. This is Austin, the Spurs are our team. But I guess this store thinks they're not marketable or something? They said they didn't carry the Spurs and I'd have to order online. So my choices were these:
that, I left.![]()

Are they? How?
I saw some Spurs ones at the location in Round Rock, they are a bit pricey though. I got a Texas Tech one as a gift a year ago, and use it daily.
??
they may contain BPA.
K thanks for the warning bro
one of the main reasons why I hate living in Austin. you would think that since we are so close there would be more Spurs gear but all i see is Mavs bull . I have to wait until I go back to San An when i visit my parents to get Spurs stuff.
I see much more Spurs stuff than Mavs stuff here in Austin - go to any Academy, up front by the registers there's an area with more Spurs stuff than you'll know what to do with. I got a nice game day Polo shirt for work and the WCF champ shirt during the Finals. You can also be "that guy" and get a flag for your car there too; I roll with one of these on my truck:

There is an academy across the street from my work building on 183 and oak knoll. They always have mavs crap... they have a few select Spurs stuff but definitely not like the academys in San An.
you have to look at the mfg. date. If it's 2011 or earlier, it has BPA.
a little BPA will make a man out of you.![]()
to confirm for oh gee:
How do you tell if a tervis tumbler is bpa free?If you owned them before 2011, chances are they have BPA in them. However, Tervis Tumbler now makes BPA-Free Tumblers, so send your old ones in for a replacement under their "

Even though San Antonio is closer to Austin that Dallas or Houston demographics may have something to do with it.
Population:
Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington 6,526,548
Houston–Sugar Land–Baytown 6,086,538
San Antonio–New Braunfels 2,142,508
Dallas: 1
Houston: 2
San Antonio: 4
That's weird. I got a Spurs one in San Angelo of all places and apparently that town is a "Mavs" town.
I have the same Spur emblem on my truck...![]()
If you include Ft. Worth and Arlington in with Dallas, and Baytown and Sugar Land in with Houston, then you need to include Austin, San Marcos, Seguin, and New Braunfels in with San Antonio!
Fair is fair.![]()
Go to any Austin-area Academy. They always have Spurs tervis tumblers.
Will do thanks!
That BPA is only bad for you if the liquids you're drinking are hot right?
