A poor man's David Lee wouldn't be a bad backup for Dirk imho. It's not like we're planning to make him our franchise player, not at this point of time at least. still has a lot to learn and he can still improve. Brandon Bass was also just a fringe player in New Orleans but turned into a solid role player in Dallas. Therefore we have no reason to doubt my blair can do the same, since he had already showed his potential while playing in San Antonio.
