^ you're not thinking straight...everyone has beefs...Magic, Bird, and especially MJ who punched out his white teammates and called them non athletic....

Kirby's always been a horrible teammate. He's a great individual talent, but when it comes to team play and building chemistry, he just doesn't have it like Lebron does. Kobe's too candid and he doesn't trust his teammates enough, he usually gets along well with the star players but when it comes to passing up a contested shot for a wide open corner 3, Kirby would rather shoot it. He could have easily been Lebron James before Lebron James, 6'6 and 215 pounds or whatever he was in 03 when he got bulk, he was averaging 30 points 7 rebounds 6 assists, I liked that Kobe. I liked him before the rape thing and beefing with Shaq.
He's even dissed Pau Gasol, and Pau's one of the most loyal teammates you'll ever see, Lakers were struggling after being up 3 - 1 against the Nuggets, Kirby tried to have his flu game and scored 30 something on 20 something shots, Lakers fall short at the end with Kirby and Sessions bricking shots, post game Kirby disses Pau and calls him out when he doesn't even give him the ball...
This year, Kirby calling out Dwight coming off back surgery and telling him publicly to play through and put your big boy pants on. That does not reflect well on team chemistry.
Kobe could easily be a 26 point 6 rebound 8-9 assist guy, even right now, if he just TRUSTED his teammates, he doesn't need to take 23 shots a game, he doesn't have to take every shot at the end of 4th quarters, he doesn't have to hog the damn ball. He needs to man up and trust Pau and Nash, he needs to be like Lebron. A good teammate that passes the ball to whoever's open.
