I don't mind Corona but i prefer Ochoa, he's a better player. That being said GK position is the least of Mexico's problems right now.

There you are.. not impressive, but still exciting to see.
Vela's shot is still not mundane... he had to time it off of a bounce...
wtf... if he keeps playing like this Chepo will be under even more pressure.
Dat 2nd goal.

Perhaps Diego Reyes and Héctor Herrera can add to the list by winning the Portuguese League with FC Porto.
I think only one Mexican has ever played for a Serie A team, Miguel Layun for Atalanta. He was there for one season and made two appearances.
Yup, Serie A has been a tough market. Gio was rumored to go there at one point.
Here is the roster:
Porteros: Jesús Corona (Cruz Azul), Alfredo Talavera (Toluca) y Jonathan Orozco (Monterrey).
Defensas: Severo Meza e Hiram Mier (Monterrey), Francisco Rodríguez (América), Carlos Salcido y Jorge Torres Nilo (Tigres), Héctor Moreno (Espanyol-ESP) y Diego Reyes (Oporto-POR).
Centrocampistas: Javier Aquino (Villarreal-ESP), Andrés Guardado (Valencia-ESP), Jesús Zavala (Monterrey), Héctor Herrera (Oporto-POR), Gerardo Torrado y Christian Giménez (Cruz Azul) y Fernando Arce (Tijuana).
Delanteros: Damián Álvarez (Tigres), Javier Hernández (Manchester United-GBR), Giovani dos Santos (Villarreal-ESP), Raúl Jiménez (América) y Ángel Reyna (Veracruz) y Oribe Peralta (Santos).
Why does Damian Alvarez all of a sudden deserve callups? Because hes over 30? He showed nothing in that friendly...
FFS If you're gonna call in mercs at least get the good ones. Lucas Lobos >>>>>>>

, why are they calling Javier Hernandez? He hasn't played a single minute ever since the Confederation cup ended, he's injured I know, that's even worse.
But most likely Peralta whose having a great season will start over him.
LOL, I'll go ahead and start printing up my "Dos a Cero 2013" shirts now
Because Chepo's callups have nothing to do with who's inform. He selects players based on jerarquia and experiencia.

Lol he's still calling that ancient fossil. I think you know which one I'm talking about![]()
Seriously, when is Torrado going to die so he stops getting called up....
Besides him and some other baddies it's not the worst one we've seen...
I like what we have in our backs.
What Chepo is doing doesn't come close to Aguirre.
lol Conejo Perez
lol Cuauhtemoc
lol Bofo
lol Guille Franco
Cubo Torres goes from being garbage in the mexican league to tearing it up in mmls.
6 goals in 7 games.
Chivas can call him back but he will most likely regress and be as unproductive as the other forwards. They're stack up front with Fabian, Sabah, de Nigris and Fierro but have a hard time scoring.
Ochoa was also linked with Milan for a bit, but America didn't want to sell him for the price offered. I think the slow-paced Serie A would be a great fit for Mexican players
