Picked about 5 gallons of prickly pear tunas this weekend...seared off the thorns, poached them in boiling water, slit them and crushed them in the grape press...some absolutely beautiful neon pink juice...ended up with about six liters of juice...mix it 1-1 with sugar and it tastes like liquid raspberry / bubble gum. Mix with lime juice and good tequila and tunaritas are on....
