Of course. That is an area for improvement on my part, but I do have polycystic ovarian syndrome (may be tmi but it plays a part in all of this) which messes with hormones. This imbalance, whatever it is, inhibits some people's ability to lose weight. Yes, there is a specific diet to follow and I could probably lose a bit more if I am strictly on that diet but it's hard. And yes, I know that's part of it. And I'm not whining about the lack of weight loss at all. I'm in way better shape, like you mentioned and have maintained at least a 20 pound weight loss since 2010 so I'm still happy with where i am compared to where I was then.
