    I didn't think it was necessarily over, I mean, there was still a good 50 seconds to go. Anything could have happened. Then, after James hit the dagger, all of us Lakerfans collectively breathed a sigh of relief. We knew Tim's miss was going to them over. But, no one knew that better than the likes of Ezau, Raider, El, 100%, Mid, Kori and timvp himself.

    I actually was pulling for them due to my dislike for James. But their meltdown was epic that I'm glad it turned out the way it did.

    ^ No doubt about it. Most of us were so infatuated with hating James that it got to a point where we forgot about what was really at stake: 5-4, Kobe over Duncan. Once Timmy missed the tip-in, and James made the dagger, the result was clear, and it was good:

    Kobe 5-4 over Duncan

    ^ No doubt about it. Most of us were so infatuated with hating James that it got to a point where we forgot about what was really at stake: 5-4, Kobe over Duncan. Once Timmy missed the tip-in, and James made the dagger, the result was clear, and it was good:

    Kobe 5-4 over Duncan


    That's a shame. To be honest... it was a win/win for us. Never could I have imagined Duncan's life would take the turn it has in the last 90 days.
