So Sp*rs sold their best player, bought a bunch of second tier players, and allowed Arsenal to add Real's second best player who also happens to be, arguably, the best attacking midfielder in the world

Liverpool flying under the radar with a very solid Sakho signing. Why Wenger didn't go after him is beyond me

"Confirmation from Manchester United that three men who reportedly attempted to negotiate a deal to sign Athletic Bilboa midfielder Ander Herrera were not acting on behalf of the Premier League champions and were, for want of another word, imposters.

"Reports in Spain claim three men dressed in black suits and claiming to be United "representatives" spent an hour at the La Liga offices attempting to negotiate a deal. The move collapsed at the 11th hour."

Fellaini is awesome. Gonna be a beast for ManU.

    Ozil

But really, something had to give. Ozil wasn't going to ride the bench.

Could be, but I expect Moyes to start playing Kagawa/Rooney again in front of those two, which should bring more balance (creativity+toughness) than what they've had so far.

I'm a Fellaini admirer, and don't think he's overrated like some others. ManUre will improve with his presence, imo

Mesut Özil executed more key passes last season (78) than Barcelona trio Andrés Iniesta, Sergio Busquets & Cesc Fŕbregas combined (75).

Yes, for people saying that he is the best offensive midfielder in the World he is overrated. If he was the best offensive midfielder in the World he would still be on Madrid, tbh.

I'm on the Ozil badwagon tbh, I don't see how this dude is considered as overated. He is where he deserves to be.
Always liked him, hope he will help Arsenal coming back on top.

I've never seen him as overrated 'till folks in here started calling him the best attacking midfielder in the World, tbh.
