Apparently over on the West Coast/Colorado, butane extracted hash oil (BHO) or it's street name 'wax', is the next big thing selling in the dispensaries.
I got ahold of some, and the vaporizer pen, and must say it is almost as good as the first time you got high. The vape pen is super easy to use, you load a dab of the wax and press the button to heat the coil. Two puffs later and you are ridiculously high. There is no odor, no combusting, no coughing, no red eyes, and the pen looks like any of the e-cigarette devices on the market now. The high is a very clean one, and lasts for 4-5 hours.
If you enjoy some recreational weed, and can get some BHO, I highly recommend it. From the research online it is safe as long as the extraction process was done correctly.

Yeah. It's not that new of a thing. Smoked it quite a few times while I lived in Cali in the 00's, but haven't found it anywhere else I've lived since then (Ky/Mn/Nc)
It's new here in Texas. We are in the dark with a lot of the available products because of the lack of dispensaries here.

I had no idea this was only on the West COast. Have not tried it, but i do have my medical card.
It's on the black market all over I'm sure, but I know a lot of weed dealers and nobody has this . It's rare to even come across hash here IMO. Get down to your local shop, and pick some up.
I could only imagine how awesome it would be to walk into a store and buy an eighth of whatever the I wanted.

Yeah, eating weed is also a great alternative. Take the link I left on the OP, that pen vape is 25 bucks on Ebay. The official site is trying to sell it for 80.00.
This kid at work is always talking about it. He smokes it out of one of those e-cigs and I tried it once, worked pretty good and got me high, very convenient. I'd make it myself before buying it though 60 for a gram is ridiculous
I get mine for 40 a gram here in Texas, but that's from my boy. 60 is what he will charge most others. If you do make it be careful if you are using butane, proper ventilation is a must. You also want to make sure all of the butane is properly evaporated.
You're damn right about convenience. I'm sitting outside a local bar with all the smokers, and they have no ing idea I'm sitting there with them getting super high. I took it to the movies with me and enjoyed a couple of trips to the restroom. No odor, nothing. Literally takes less than a minute to get stupid baked. Also, if you budget the gram and proportion it correctly, it will be the equivalent of an eighth of dro. If you are getting everyone else high with you (which will happen when you realize how ing good it is) then of course you will go through it pretty quickly.
If you know the right people, you can find almost anything easily in atx tbh.

Not new. Easy to get in WA State if you're a med patient. And of course it's like the 1st time you got high. It's concentrated thc. Same thing w CO2 oil, keif, & bubble hash. The thing with BHO, it REALLY needs to come from a reputable person or dispensary & have been vacuum purged well. BHO is usually $40-$50 a gram up here.
I make glycerin & alcohol tinctures, medibles (cookies mostly) that usually are over 1/3rd of a gram per cookie, hard candies, & keif via dry ice method.
Tried it for the first time this past weekend and I am a regular dro smoker and one hit had me high like a mfkr

I smoke nothing but dro. I won't even smoke regular if it's offered to me. I can see myself becoming stuck up against dodo now with my discovery of BHO. I will probably buy an eight of dro for my daily use, and save the BHO for my "dessert" on special occasions.
I can see it setting back the process of legalizing marijuana for recreational use.
Yeah, the people blowing themselves up are giving the old farts in congress ammo to fight the push to legalize. I don't think it will cause too much problem though, this is only a small piece of the amount of Marijuana products being produced on top of selling the buds as is.
