As big a bag as Manziel allegedly is, all of his teammates respect him and say great things about him. If it's not affecting his performance and his teammates don't mind, who really cares?

Compare that to Tebow, who had teammates publicly celebrating his departure and how they "Couldn't wait for a real QB to be throwing them the ball"
