In the Western Conference? I'm not sure, I think they'd make the Finals in 2012 no doubt but how would they fare against Wade,KD,Bosh? KD is a great player and I'm sure everyone considers him to be the best player after Lebron, The Heat would still be very tough to stop. Would Lebron get to the Finals in 2013 with Westbrook getting injured? I say they win 1 ring either in 2011 or 2012.
Russ and LeRoid would butt heads for alpha role. Surprisingly, AchillesHeel brings up a good point but I'd go further and say LeRoid wouldn't make the finals three straight years in the WCF. Thus, he would have less rings than he has now.

Westbrook and Wade have been at the same level, with the same style of play, since the first le in the 3 Kings era, tbh..Lebron is a much more intelligent player than Durant and his playmaking would allow Ibaka to thrive in his role of mid-range shooter, which wasn't the case when Durant was forced to be the primary playmaker in Westbrook's absence..
Lebron and Ibaka as help defenders is scary, too..a perimeter defense combination of Thabo and Lebron would be terrifying, obviously..
Miami's defense would be noticeably worse by swapping Durant and Lebron, and Lebron's playmaking would be sorely missed, obviously, so the Heat lose to Indiana and Boston..
Any difference in intelligence between Durant and Lebron would probably be negated by difference in intelligence between Westbrook and Wade.

lebron can be effective even if his not the main ball handler, unlike durant who usually just stands and watch the frog king greatness ballhogging and doing nothing else...

Lebron wouldn't do well with a shoot first PG. If RW was moved to the 2 position, and Lebron could play PF, that would be much much better. That way RW could run his defender ragged, get open looks, all that without being the 1st option every trip down the floor. RW wouldn't want that though.
Lebron's game is give him the ball and get the out of the way. He's going to score or get fouled most of the time, and on defense he's a juggernaut. He can pass as well as almost anyone in the league, and he sees the floor very well. He doesn't need a high end shoot first PG and would suffer under one.
Mo Williams says otherwise imho. Mo was a shooting-first PG and he turned out to work fine with Lebron, though I agree RW would never allow himself to play as a #2 option next to even Lebron. It's RW's ego that prevents him from being a decent sidekick to a great player, rather than his style of game which's based on attacking not play-making, imho.
Mo Williams was about as far from "high end" as you could get. He also was a detriment to the success of the Cavs. He shot the ball too much. We all knew that.

Lebron would be yelling at him just like the Big 3 yells at Chalmers. Wade is much more unselfish and at least since his latest string of injuries, recognizes that it's Lebron's time now.
The ability of a former franchise player to hand over the scoring duties to a better player is what makes the difference between playoffs and Finals runs. A Spurs team where DR needed to be fed the ball on every possession would not have won a ring. Dave knew Tim was the man, and Tim got him to the promised land twice. Shaq deferred to Wade in 2006 and got 4. Kobe deferred to Pau and Artest and got 5. Well not really, he didn't defer, Pau and Ron just dragged him there kicking and screaming after a 6/24 rebellion.
These days Kobe doesn't defer to anyone and the results are that not a speck of dust exists in Staples, nary a speck.
Yet, he put up 29/6/5 for the playoffs.
Makes me wonder.
Pau Gasol averaged more PPG than Paul Pierce (who led Boston in PPG).
Pau played more minutes per game than Kobe.
Pau averaged about 12 rebounds a game
Pau had fewer turnovers (Kobe led with almost 4 turnovers a game)
Pau averaged 3.7 assists per game in the Finals. Kobe was only .2 higher.
Pau shot 48%. Kobe was at 40.05, just .05 better than Nate Robinson.
Pau had 90 FGA. Kobe had 163.
After Kobe, you have Pierce, Garnett, Rondo and Allen, all within 10 shot attempts from each other (88 - 98FGA). That's a balanced scoring attack
The Lakers didn't win due to Kobe taking almost 2x as many shots as the next highest FGA on the team. They won because the next highest FGA shot 48%, averaged almost 3 blocks a game and pulled down 12 rebounds. Leading in blocks and rebounds for the series for both teams, totally decimating KG's output.
You don't beat a well balanced offense and a top 5 defense by volume shooting. You beat it by having an agile, fast and savvy big like Pau Gasol under the rim making smart plays and giving the team second looks after Kobe clanks another one.
