Kubiak is like Marvin Lewis, tbh..should have been fired years ago, but he was allowed to remain tenured long enough for his team to start making the playoffs and buying him time..

I think most Houston fans agree that a trip to the AFCCG will only happen in spite of Kubes/Schaub and not because of them. At least Kubes is going for it on 4th down and running fake punts now. That alone is a huge leap from the ultra conservative approach he has taken for years now.
