he was once the best goalie in Mexico, tbh I don't see how it would hurt to call him up, of course his not gonna be the starter but make him the 3rd goalie, Oswaldo is a good leader, wouldn't hurt him to call him up just for the heck of it. I'm sure he's great in the lockeroom

As far as the euro players no all of them will not be called up as far as guys like Teca o, Jona, Davila, etc. Just the usuals + maybe Vela and Ochoa.
True, Vela has to come now that Chepo is gone, come or close the door on him forever, as for la combocatoria,
Raul Jimenez, he has been scoring goals as of lately, the only one who I feel sorry for is Ochoa, the guy has never gotten the opportunities he deserves, its amazing that he has never been the main goalie for a World Cup, well him and Oswaldo were fighting for the top spot back in 06, but Chivas won the championship so I see why Lavolpe chose Oswaldo.
^Ochoa shouldve been the goalie in South Africa, conejo had no business on the team much less starting. Its like some of these coaches some of the players on the side tbh. Havent been following the team much lately...but how did Chaco end up on the Mexican NT? Hes been called up to the Argentina senior NT before, even cried when he got the call-up if I remember correctly. Wouldnt that make him ineligible to play for any other national team ?
He cried for like 10 minutes or something like that. Lil got tbh.
But yea he was called up but he never stepped foot on the pitch so he was still eligible for mex.
Chaco's best years were from Pachuca. He's gone down since he joined Cruz Azul.
