The Lakers will attempt a trade if they have not bought into tanking, but no one trade can save the team as is right now.

scary thing is I could see Stern, in his last act of grace to Laker fans, pick up his red phone and badger several GMs, forcing them to give up valuable assets to the Lakers for nothing.
