Predictions for tonight's game? Playing in Saint Louie is the only advantage for the Rams here, and possibly the fact that Davis may not play. I have a feeling this could turn ugly really quick for them.

last year the Rams tied the Niners in San Francisco and beat them in St. Louis. Frisco looks vulnerable and is banged up. I would be shocked if the Niners won by more than a possession
Despite Josh Gordon's troubles, I'd like to see the Niners put a few picks together and take a shot on him.
He would be that deep threat that they need right now; it would be a gamble, but def worth the squeeze if he panned out. The dude is talented as , he just enjoys his codeine.
High risk, high reward. If he was able to stay clean, the receiving corps would eventually look like this: Crabtree, Boldin, Davis(TE), Gordon with Manningham coming in off the bench. That's scary good.

Based on how the 49ers have played, I don't really expect them to win big, but I wouldn't be shocked if Kaep had a good game and niners won it easily.
I just can't fathom a Niner team 1-3.
I do believe the Niners feel the urgency and realize this is do or die (it's not but Harbaugh will be selling that) and do rev up the engines (knowing the world is watching) and deliver the goods but barely.

I'm surprised teams don't do that way more often: have your WR run a deep rout, throw the ball pretty quickly, underthrow it, tell the WR to break towards the ball (into the defender) at the last second. easy penalty every time.
Is the NFL's theme for Thursday night games this year supposed to be mediocre, game managing QB play? This is worse than last week.
