    I cant deny it...it was a STUPID STUPID STUPID ing move by Kobe to say it was his team. Not even because that at ude is what caused Dwight to leave because Dwight is not worth the max imo. But because it underlined that he never fully matured or understood his flaws.

    I was furious when I heard that comment last season, I knew that moment the direction the team was headed. Anyway, regardless of the statement, Lakers had no bench, no athleticism, and too many geezers

    Nothing much will happen. Kobe will blame it on his injury. Lakers will resign him to market the team. They will try to sign a big name that will actually lead the team (aka LeBron) and Kobe will follow coat tails to possibly another championship and then announce it was he himself that did the leading. Sounds a bit on par I would say.
