ive been wanting to play it but kind of holding out for the new system. still don't know if i want ps4 or xbox though. i haven't played video games in years but diablo on console, nba2k, and the new batman game all look worth it.
tbh, can't wait to see what it looks like on next gen...
I wanna see actual 5v5 gameplay already too... Not just badass trailers.
Just bought it a few hours ago, by far the best basketball game I've ever played, so far, tbh..
real talk....i had 2k11 unopened for two years, i bought it before my Xbox 360 went kaput. so when I finally got the new slim, i hesitated because I didn't want to play as Spurs with Richard "ChumpDumper" Jefferson on the team... but ultimately i started playing it. holy I suck at this game, normally i'm very good with games but i guess I'm not creating enough plays on the fly. i think i'm done with 2k11, no Kawhi, I don't want that , but least I got money's worth.
I'll be picking up 2K14 soon though.
2K programmers say you can see the PEDs actually coursing through Lebron's veins....truly next gen we're talking.
I hope it is good tbh. From what I've seen, while the hairstyles are updated for instance Shumpert's Kid n' play "canned goods" cut has been added, the graphics look identical at least in the screenshots tbh. Otherwise, all you're doing is paying for the updated haircuts and and rosters and a new soundtrack, probably mostly by rappers of the moment given that the NBA is geared toward the rap-loving crowd except for the token honkey track or two.
So I finally copped for PS3, and I must say what happened to Tony Parker's midrange shot?!?!? I used to do work with him all day, now he averages like 8 points a game, and misses wide open jumpers w/ A- ratings... Kawhi is my leading scorer w/ around 22-25 a game, but I'd like to get more points w/ TP. Any tips. Also I have yet to make a 3 w/ Marco...

Mycareer mode in the PS4 is rigged. lol
I uninstalled this game on a rage induced moment.
My Career mode is indeed rigged. It's more like a movie that has to have suspense and you have to suffer losses that make no sense and you cannot do anything about it. I don't care for it.
