Sorry bro. We don't have a great crew of receivers like the Saints do to set up Brees for success. We have two former all-star running backs, though. We have to establish the running game for our pass game to open up. All we really have at receiver is Steve Smith because Ted Ginn is inconistent.
although I didn't read this, I fully agree with what he says. no lyfe got bullyin s in the nfl forum

Brees has ok WRs. No one special. Graham is a beast, but Colston is good not great and no one else stands out. Brees makes his own success. Cam doesn't process things the way Brees does. It's not like Brees has a great o-line either. Honestly, you're too much of an apologist to admit Cam is a big part of the problem.
He's still green. Give him one more year and a decent second receiver beside Steve Smith and he can do work.

    Colston > Ginn and Lafell

Yep, they're beginning to adjust to their new roles with all these injuries. Team is starting to pick it up again. If Kaep can find a comfort zone or get back to how he played last year the Niners will be solid.

Gtfo. Dallas lost cause Romo ed up.
If you throw for over 500 yards in a game, you're going to increase your chances of an interception. You can blame the loss on Romo, but you're either trolling or a re if you do . If you score 48 points in any given game, you should win that game. If your run game is a joke, and you rely on the pass, you're going to have to throw it into tight coverage, especially when your line starts allowing pressure in obvious pass situations. JG mismanaged the end of the game, as he has at every opportunity.

It's funny because you act as if Rivers hasn't done that before.

Maybe so but he's just a possession receiver at this point. He's lost alot of speed. Brees accuracy and decision making is a big difference. Cam should see the whole field at his size, but he can't process things nearly as quick and his accuracy isn't great.

Doesn't matter. Cam has a playoff team around him. Elite defense, strong running game yet they're 1-3. He's the problem. He's not a leader either.

a top qb doesn't need a running game or great recievers. it is obviously better if he does, but he will find his way to the play offs anyway just as long as the o-line gives him time. that being the case with the panthers, you just have to admit is not among the better qbs in the nfl.

It's actually funny because no one here thinks of Rivers as anything near the picture of God this has Newton on.

    ... Because he's still green.

Don't pretend that Brees didn't have a horrible couple of years while playing for San Diego. It takes time. Luck has one more year on Newton. Newton has better statistics through two years than Luck does with significantly less.

Newton didn't have the luxury to go to a team that was just rebuilding while still having all-star players on each side of the ball. Luck, Kapernick, Wilson all have that. The Panthers fell apart, losing a lot of their all-star players (Peppers, Gamble, etc.)

The Newton hate is unwarranted, especially for what he has accomplished on a team. People are quick to dismiss him because of the lack of success, but people fail to realize that he's doing a damn good job at leading this squad and putting up respectable numbers.

We got ourselves another Romo apologist here. Romo is an above average QB that lights it up statistically. Yet when push comes to shove, he s a ton of bricks. You can argue that its JG's fault but how can you ignore basically the same Romo performance for the past 6-7 years in similar cir stances (w/ three different HC's). He ing chokes like no other talented QB does.
