    The games don't count so the NBA doesn't care. They aren't going to police how a game is broadcasted when the season isn't even officially open for business. I am almost positive that posting preseason game streams has been allowed in the past for this reason.

    It's not televised in the states is probably the thing. If it was televised and they had paying sponsors for said telecast then I would imagine they would care a lot.

    There is other pre-season games from other teams posted on u-tube. They are not full
    streamed games just highlights. The one I linked was from user NBA 2K 14 Official. I would
    guess if the NBA cares or u-tube cares it would be pulled down right away. I would not
    tape one and load it up to the thread.
