Maybe in exact same moment as US tied the game but not minutes after the game and if they did they would never admit it much less comment about how happy they are on a message board.

Mexico has one month to get their crap together... the talent is there, and now there is a somewhat *competent strategist at the helm - the players just can't seem to mesh... After that, and IF they get by NZ they need to spend more time together tyring to build up chemistry with each other...

I should add that Rafa Marquez is an absolute disgust to watch. The guy LITERALLY is out to hurt opponents. Yes, he is a "vocal leader" on the back line. Yes, he can still deliver critical/goal scoring passes to the frontline. His football IQ is still there. BUT he is not the defender he once and age has definitely caught up to him. My biggest gripe: Marquez can not be trusted to maintain his cool on the pitch. He's lucky he wasn't red-carded for his antics last night.

Also, Gullit Peña gaffed/erred on every single ball he's touched over the past two games. He doesn't belong on the squad at all.

Not surprising, considering his 2 ups these past 2 games would've cost mexico.

Against panama he missed the penalty and then Raul Jimenez saved him with that bicycle. If that didn't go in he would've been crucified. He was even crying at the end..

Now against Costa Rica i didn't watch the game but i heard he missed another sitter. Again would've been crucified if US didn't come back to beat Panama. Although some of the media have turned against him.

Chicharito missed a sitter, and he also ed up right infront of goal, but Peralta saved him.. he would have most certainly been crucified. I also don't think he has the right to celebrate at all, if anything he's the least person that should celebrate considering what his mistakes have done to this team..

I was actually hoping Mexico would have been disqualified.. I was ready to see some sort of major change (excluding coach). If the US hadn't saved Mexico today I can't even imagine what would have happened.

On the other hand not being able to watch your team in the world cup would be killer, I hope they get their together now that they have more time to prepare, but from what I've seen all year it's hard to say Mexico could even beat NZ.
