Nope. It's an educational thread to inform that God does not judge people based on their beliefs, because God is compassionate and forgiving regardless of your beliefs. If anyone is insulted by it, then they just don't understand God.

The Bible was written by humans around 2500-3500 years ago by people who didn't even speak English, and is an interpretation of God from these people's point of view. God has been around much longer than the Bible, and God is much bigger than this single interpretation. Some people base their beliefs on this interpretation, others don't. God will not judge people on whether they believe this interpretation or not. It's just one of many. He loves everyone, and he is all good.

I'm not sure, but I think it's hilarious that all churches in the USA have pictures and statues of white guy with a mustache hanging on a cross. I guess they didn't get the memo.

Actually I know of a family, very devout by the way, who have a huge painting of Jesus Christ in their living room with a crew cut hair style.
