I'd only go the last minute drug fueled suggestion route if there was absolutely zero need/want to continue any type of relationship with either of the girls after the threesome, so a true one-night stand situation, and in situations where you can walk away clean with no hurt feelings if the answer is no. If you're in a relationship with either of the girls involved, no matter how casual, or if one/both of them are friends, I'd always suggest planning in advance and honestly discussing guidelines and expectations in advance. If not everyone involved is 100% on the same page before anything happens, it will go bad nearly every time.
