    im serious

I just can't believe Matt Bonner still on the team and it's 2013-14

I still remember him wetting his panties when we were getting pummeled by the Suns in 2010 or the Grizz in 2011

seriously, what does Matt Bonner bring to this team besides pain and sorrow?

The man has a point. The NBA gift-wrapped the Spurs a get out of jail free card for Bonner with the amnesty clause, and yet three seasons later, we are still watching this guy play out his over-bloated contract.

I just don't understand why RC and Pop still choose to carry this dead weight around. Guy has proven nothing since he signed with us in 2006

does anybody have any kind of answer?

He is being used sparingly now as a specialist IMHO.

he's a good dude like Ginobili and both have a role, just they are overpaid and not used properly.

Pop has barely played him last season, which is good. He's basically a minute-burner in the regular season at this point.

Even if he sits every night it's nice to see his contract when they could have say bye to him. Can't wait to see how much money they'll give him next year.

Maybe he does the important little things that we don't see. You know getting Pop his morning coffee when he's hung over, picking up Parker from the club, giving Kawhi his only laugh of the day, telling Duncan how great he is throughout the day, and translating the plays to English for some of the foreign players like Baynes and Joseph.

He was valuable against the Lakers & Grizz in the PO's. Post defense has improved, so that's not as big of an issue as it was before.

tbh pop only used him against the Lakers and Grizzlies and he shined. he was smart not to play him against fast, athletic teams like the Dubs and the heat

Matt bonner is fine on this team at this point. He comes in when we are playing like to give a 3 point boost, not getting heavy minutes, it works,

Matt Bonner is useful for winning regular season games while playing important players less minutes.

Regular season games are important because it prevents us from having our nuts turned inside out on the road like what happened towards the end of last season.

I don't think anybody should be complaining about Bonner as long DeColo's still on the team. Worst Euro the Spurs ever brought over. Absolute garbage.

Some players who stick around may have a special talent that Pop can use. Like
where to buy the best meatball sandwich or what is the the best New Balance
walking shoe for Pop that has velco straps.
