I just wish we could add the Mavs to that list, it still irks me that they won one. The only one on that team who deserved a ring was Dirk.
Really, nobody. Fate is already set in stone, we are just along for the ride. Just be glad that fate had D-rob going down a with back injury and the Spurs getting Duncan. That D'Antoni, the Spurs Head Scout, recommended Manu to us, that the Celtics passed on Tony Parker, the Heat didn't resign Bowen, etc. etc.
24 years and only missing the playoffs once (which netted the Spurs Duncan), and people complain. Dude, just be glad you aren't a Bobcats, Clippers, Kings, Pelicans, Jazz, Nets, Cavaliers, Pacers, Magic, Nuggets, Warriors, T'Wolves, Suns, Grizzlies, Wizards, Raptors.... Teams that have never even won 1 championship and have missed the playoffs quite a bit these past 24 years.

ya, we didn't lose cause of manu. and the germans didn't bomb perl harbour :rollyes
He faked that just like Wade faked it.
everyone made mistakes, including the Heat obviously, but the biggest culprits were Manu and Pop.
Pop because he got scared and played not to lose, which happens to a lot of great coaches. Instead of going for the throat he sat the starters too long, pulling Duncan etc....
Manu because he played to lose, you can't be that reckless with the ball and expect to win .
