I haven't been to XTC since they stopped being butt naked. You can still get pussy in your face, but you gotta pay 20 bucks to go to the back.
I'm not sure which one is the best these days..after the laws changed with the fully nudes I haven't really been..

By "regular Mexicans" do you mean not rich Nationals or Mexican Americans? But around where I live I don't notice any difference as neighbors except for they pretty much speak Spanish exclusively.

NW, preferably Medical Center area and up. Any more to the south and you start getting more ghetto people of all races. I live off of DeZavala and the only Mexicans or blacks I see in my complex are students. Its nice to live in an apt were the main problem is the white folk being too friendly and starting a conversation every time they see me.

I see more Mexicans than white people on the NW side.. Even around Braun Station and the Great NW area. You would like the Blanco and 1604 area. Keep in mind this is SA and our Mexican brothers and sisters are everywhere.

Definitely know the spots in the LBC where its like this--you stay on the North side and you got the Messicans and the Blacks holdin' it down in the apartments fa sho. Near Jordan High and The Mile. On the Eastside (the real directional East Side) you have college students, those who waitress, and young white fams. That is the place to apt live. The Westside is mostly homes and chock full of the Filipinos that you mostly want to smash on...the hot ones of course. There is a ton of Khmers in the central apartments and its pretty hood with ABZ and TRG holding it down there along with the Insane Crips and Rollin 20's Crip duking it out as well. My first apt experience was a trip I lived 2 doors down from a Caribe family that would bump Collie Buddz and practice Santeria.

We had one down a few doors to the right of me that was pretty bad. The thing is, it was a black dude with his Viet girlfriend and she took on the persona of being black and she just was straight hood. Let her dog piss and all over and every third word was this or that and she was just straight hood. They got kicked out eventually but not before they made the floor I was on a virtual .
I've always felt sorry for exceptional blacks who don't condone the failures of 99% of their race and even look down upon them. It must be really lonely tbh.

Aren't any Mexicans in Chattanooga. But these Southeast TN-North GA s are crazy as . They're all the black people that Atlanta didn't want. They're not ghetto enough for Memphis but they're not classy enough for Atlanta. They're very unpredictable and sometimes wander towards the North Shore.
Then the po po's have to get in their cars and start herding them back across the bridges towards downtown.
If you wanna pursue a career in MMA, try the Coppermill Apartments. Plenty of opportunity there to work on your technique. If I may recommend, the manager's office makes for a great training location.

I always had this idea when selling a house in a white neighborhood. I would start showing the house exclusively to the blackest most ghetto folks I could find. Make a big production out of hit. Have them drive up in a purple Monte Carlo, rap music blaring. Kids just wearing diapers...the whole bit. Then either have the neighbors pay me to not sell it to blacks or make them pay my full asking price.
