As long as they have a focus on football and three times the overall budget, they'll be up there.

Im just ing with them tbh. UTSA still has a long way to go. Don't think budget necessarily make a program better though, TCU enjoyed more success in recent years than a lot of AQ teams.

Even prior to joining the Big 12 this year? Either way theres plenty of other examples (Tulsa's run before this season is one). A bigger budget definitely makes things easier though, I agree.
