Real talk...honestly Kobe needs to sit the season out, let the Lakers tank, let his and Gasol's contracts expire, see what talent the Lakers can land in the draft and free agency, then resign for an appropriate amount. There is literally no point in him playing this season unless he only wants to try and break the scoring record.

he doesn't hide it, typically. i think its some other version of stockholm syndrome. after the mavs on the Lakers that hard in 2011 he became convinced he was a Mav fan
