Durant is averaging 12.8 FTA per game so far, tbh..

#2 in the league is Dwight Howard, and he's 3 ing attempts per game behind him, a historic discrepancy..

    Other notables:

Westbrook is #3, of course, at 9.5 per game..

Paul George is #20 at only 6.4 per..

Lebron James is #24 in the league..

The first Spurs player is Tony at #82..

Should be interesting to watch Durant's rise on the all-time list and reliance on refs for his success, tbh..

KD's ability to draw calls is the best of all time. It's the refs that blow the whistles, partner, remember that. It ain't KD's fault he teaches when others reach.

Durant looking to bait the defender is beta behavior as getting free throws will work in the regular season, but not in crunch time in the playoffs. We saw it last year, and the year he got assraped by LeBron in the finals. #Beta

KD is one of the biggest betas of all-time, you see this be like 5-13 from the floor but have 23 points... is ridiculous.

Westbrook played the first 2 games didn't he? Beta Durant couldn t even get past a horrible offense in Memphis.

He still got an underpeforming supporting cast past Houston. In the Memphis series his teammates couldn't make a shot to save their lives and Memphis was able to key their entire defense to stop KD.

you're such a ty poster that you set yourself up for that.

But but...it was Ibaka and Kevin Martin sucking, not KD playing like crap in the clutch for the last 3 games of the series he was 4-22 in close situations in the 4th

oh hey, here are the stats for the 4 first games in the 4th quarter

    Game 1 (W) 6-of-9 67% 12 points
    Game 2 (L) 4-of-7 57% 10 points
    Game 3 (L) 1-of-4 25% 2 points
    Game 4 + OT (L) 2-of-13 15% 5 points

DH is 3 ing attempts behind him? I think DH is second to no one in today's NBA when it comes to ing tbh.

and it's really hilarious a player whose offensive game is mainly built on jumpshooting averages almost 13 FTA a game tbh. Dirk plays a similar style of game and his freethrow average is just the single digit of that number

People. We are 4 games in. Ya think you might need a bigger sample size before you yourselves? His attempts are a bit skewed by the game against Utah. And he was hacked by Utah. Bad.

that's pretty ridiculous tbh... Parker is not a god at drawing fools of course, he doesn't fake a lot and usually initiates contact when he drives to create separation with the Defender but he got no love from ref during his whole carreer. I thought the recent mvp talk would help him a bit to go more to the line but no visible effect. In NY or LA dude would be a top 20 at least on FTAs imho

The Dirk ing is absurd. before he became one of the slowest players in the NBA, Dirk avg'd about 7 free throws a game. KD averaged..9 and some change I believe last year. Dirk averaged 7 a game while attempting half the number of shots at the rim as KD does. So you're telling me KD making basically what amounts to ONE TRIP more to the FT line, on avg, in an entire game, is bull , even when KD attacks the rim at twice the rate that Dirk did even in his prime? Come on guys.

True. Durant is a jump shooter that gets to the line way too much.

Ginobili flops, but Harden takes that to a whole notha level. Its ridiculous to watch. Harden is a beast though.
