We need to clamp down on the pizza face "rip through" move and the CP3's "drive and flail" stunt where the game is on the line and he'll dribble into a big, initiating most (if not all) of the contact himself and then flail his arms outward to get free throws.

The "drive and flail" is specifically performed by dribbling parallel to the baseline, usually up near the peak of the 3 point line. This is often in the context of a pick and roll. The opposing big need not even be moving and Chris Paul (or another comparable superstar) will get the call so long as there is sufficient flailing.

But to be perfectly honest lately the most egregious displays of biased reffing have occurred for Rockets games. That Rocks/Lakers games where Harden received like 25 FTA and the Rockets recieved like 50 FTA was a travesty, and yet the Lakers still won that game.

Parker has a variant, absolutely. Parker does what I term the "drive and yelp." He'll drive into the teeth of the defense and yell "EH!!!" as he throws up a shot and falls to the ground even if there's minimal or no contact.
