Probably. But I don't think that explains all of the problems. He looks weak and out of shape, so there's hope that an off-season of rehab and conditioning can help him. Either way, he probably shouldn't be starting right now.

If anyone picks him up it'll be Ravens or Colts. Even washed up Ed Reed would help the Colts secondary right now which has gotten torched by backup QBs two weeks in a row.
