This week's Harlem rankings will feature a new advanced stat, it's a work in progress that will only be featured in this week's edition, we're in the process of researching it's usefulness in prognosticating the results of future games..it's called Adjusted For Avante, teams will be rewarded for winning games despite Avante's Voodoo against them..this will apply if Avante bet on a particular team at least 3 times since creating his $$$$$$ thread, tbh..
1- Denver Broncos..yawn, tbh..Broncos went up 28-6 and coasted the rest of the game, running the ball more to protect Manning..however, this backfired, as a Chargers scrub took a cheap shot to Peyton, obviously no flag was thrown, as usual: (1) Adjusted for Avante: he has bet on the Broncos 4 times since week 3, including their only loss of the season, yet they have managed to survive..
2- Seattle Seahawks..dominant win against a bottom-feeder, as they reverted to dictating the game with their ground£..Marshawn Lynch making a case for MVP, but Seahawks fans and the media will continue to downplay his efforts, tbh..Russell Wilson looked good in his supporting role, as Pete Carroll allowed him to manage the game, rather than attempting to showcase him(4) AFA: bet on the Seahawks 4 times, including both bailout wins against the Bucs and Rams..
3- New Orleans Saints..the city needed a morale boost after the video of Anthony Davis's embarrassing, minuscule penis was leaked, tbh..the Saints put on a clinic from beginning to end, tbh, even Mark Ingram had a great game..they are SpursTalk's great hope in the NFC, tbh, the lesser of evils(6) AFA: the Saints are 6-0 with Avante betting on them this seasonteam of destiny?..
4- Kansas City Chiefs..Bye Week..Dwayne Bowe was arrested this week for possession, obviously attempting to go to prison so he could avoid playing against the Broncos this week, tbh..the Chiefs will finally play against a starting QB on Sunday and it won't be pretty, tbh(5) AFA: bet on the Chiefs 3 times, 1-2 record, have to give them credit for keeping their composure and remaining undefeated..
5- New England Patriots..Bye Week..they are finally healthy on offense with Vereen returning this week, huge Monday Nighter for them(7)..
6- Carolina Panthers..their defense is the best in the NFL IMO..they finally defeated a good team to prove they are playoff caliber, now they get a few more tests in New England and New Orleans..this team is a QB away from contending IMO(10) AFA: 3-0 against the Voodoo
7- SF 49ers..Kaepernick looks shaky in the pocket and teams have figured him out, tbh..Vernon Davis is their only weapon in the air, as defenses have realized Anquan Boldin is slow and can't beat anybody..the SB Curse storm appears to be ready to engulf this team at any moment,Ghazi(3) AFA: it's his favorite team, they never had a chance
8- Indy Colts..the Ogre looked terrible against the Rams, their offense hasn't looked good since Wayne's career-ending injury..the Trent Richardson trade continues to look like one of the worst trades in recent history, he is truly one of the tiest players I have ever seen on a football field, tbh(2)..
9- Detroit Lions..they have become a well-balanced team and their remaining schedule is easy, they should be able to challenge for the #2 seed, tbh(9)
10- Green Bay Packers..going downhill without system QB Aaron Rodgers..their secondary is atrocious, must-win game for them this week against the Giants(8) AFA: Avante has bet on the Pack 3 times, with Aaron Rodgers getting hurt and their backup QB getting hurt in 2 of the 3, both losses
11- Cinci Bengals..as I've been saying all year, they are the most overrated team in football..Andy Dalton looks like Matt Bonner and he performs in big games at the same level that Bonner does, tbh..(11) AFA: Avante hasn't bet on the Bengals all year, they don't have any excuses, tbh..
12- Dallas Cowboys..i'm not a football expert, but if you can't rush the passer and can't cover anybody, you're probably going to have a ty time playing defense, tbh..Dez Bryant only had 1 reception for 40 yards, this isn't going to end well, it's only a matter of time, tbh(12) AFA: no excuses for under performing, tbh..
13- Arizona Cardinals..defense is dominant, top 5 in the NFL, tbh..they should beat the Jags this week and they'll have a legit chance at making a run for a playoff seed, despite having Carson Palmer at QB(13)..
14- Philly Eagles..they beat a Packers team without Rodgers, but still a W nevertheless, and now they're tied for the division lead..if the Eagles weren't pressured to start Vick in fear of non-football backlash to start the year, they could have been in cruise control in the NFC East, tbh(21)..
15- Chicago Bears..they lost the game but I still moved them up, they're just a better team than all those ty AFC teams, tbh..there isn't anything interesting about them, though, tbh, so I'll take this time to remind everybody to check out Chief Brody's Report Card, if you haven't already..this week, there's a special feature from a poster known as Hoops Czar, where he presents some of the tiest basketball takes on the planet, tbh(18)..
16- New York Jets..Bye Week, tbh..if they win a few more games, we may get an appearance from DarrinS
17- Cleveland Browns..Bye Week, but they move up a few spots due to the genius of the Trent Richardson trade, tbh..Jason Campbell has a huge game this week which could put the Browns in a good position for the playoffs..he has been the most impressive Black QB this season IMO, and a great game this week would make him a House Negro in the ST rankings, rather than a conventional monkeyballer IMO(19)..
18- Baltimore Ravens..their defense continues to dominate, while the offense is completely impotent, tbh..Ray Rice looks tier than a No Lyfe Scrub thread, tbh(20) AFA: 2-0 against Avante bets, they are resilient and displaying the heart of a champion against that mountain of a task..
19- St. Louis Rams..defense took a all over Indy, tbh..Robert Quinn is a monster, he beat up Andrew Luck all day, like a young Trill Clinton playing Knockout(30)..
20- San Diego Chargers..expected loss against a powerhouse team.. enhunt's choke against the Redskins was the turning point in their season IMO(16)..
21- Tennessee ans..embarrassing loss against the Jags, a W would have put them in a position to take the divison lead against the Colts this week..pathetic, tbh(14) AFA: he hasn't bet on them yet, and they didn't take advantage..the clock could be up..
22- Miami Dolphins..Tannehill looks decent, but the rest of the offense is anemic..their coaches are going to get fired, the GM will get fired, the roster will be shaken up, Incognito will never play in the NFL again, while Jonathan Martin is probably on a beach somewhere loving life, cutting his wrists and dreaming of his money, tbh(15)..
23- New York Giants..it's evident they're still coasting, especially Eli, he doesn't give a about these meaningless regular season games, tbh
24- Pittsburgh Steelers..boring game this week, they're out of the playoff race, tbh, I couldn't think of any more Big Rape jokes, tbh(26)..
25- Buffalo Bills..EJ Manuel will be working at Best Buy in 3 years, tbh(22)..
26- Houston Texans..Keenum looked good despite the terrible protection, Watt is disgusting, but the rest of the D looks more disabled than Gary Kubiak, tbh(23) AFA: Texans are 0-2 with Avante betting on them, including the game where Kubiak suffered a stroke..Avante's betting is not only affecting the livelihood of his own family, but also the lives of people he has never met, unfortunately..
27- Tampa Bay Buccaneers..the team is playing hard for Coach Schiano and they have been compe ive in almost every game since The Accountant took over at QB, tbh..they will need an off-season of chemo to rid themselves of Josh Freeman's cancer(29)..
28- Minnesota Vikings..Adrian Peterson with another big game following a slow start to the season.. he has looked great since the murder of his burden son, obviously a load off his mind and bank account, tbh..1 down, 6 to go(31)..
29- Washington Redskins..RG3 looked great in the 1st half(his game, not his face, obviously
30- Atlanta Falcons..Matt Ryan looks very ordinary without elite receivers to bail him out, tbh..Mike Smith will probably get another year, but should be fired by mid-season of 2014..most of their "fans" have already converted to Seahawks/Panthers fans, tbh(28) AFA: Falcons are 0-2 against the Voodoo, including their first losses of the season, which obviously set the tone for this abysmal year/historic downfall..they were preseason favorites for many analysts, tbh..
31- Oakland Raiders..Terrelle Pryor should be throwing feces at the Oakland Zoo, not throwing footballs for the Oakland Raiders, he clearly isn't an NFL level QB, tbh..the Raiders looked promising, fell off, same old cliche Raiders story..very vanilla, tbh(27) AFA: Raiders are 0-2 with Avante's support, with his first Raiders wager starting their downfall, I'm not even playing, tbh
32- Jacksonville Jaguars..good W for pride purposes, tbh(32).. AFA: Jags are 0-2 w/ Avante, he shows no mercy..

Last week when Avante was adamant about how the 49ers were going to dip on the Panthers by 17...I put $50 on Carolina with a buddy of mine--who is an unapologetic 49er homer--and came out nicely!

While the raiders line, run game, and receiving core hasn't gotten much better, it's hard to ignore that Pryor has wildly regressed. Situation for him is rough but he had been playing MUCH better under similarly ty conditions earlier in the year. Jared Veldheer could be back soon to help out. Pryor will new a strong finish or else the raiders will be forced to draft a qb in an early round. It's about time though, the last 2 qb's we've drafted have been Jamarcus Russell and Tyler Wilson (4th rounder who was waived and put on practice squad)
