Wade and Rose will most likely make up the backcourt for the East, imo. Then LeBron and Melo in the frontcourt. I don't know who the last spot goes to. I would think Paul George but that's a small starting lineup. You're left with Hibbert and Lopez.

the nba should do a top 16 team playoff. if 14 of them are in the west, then fuk it. until the gm's in the east get their together, they should not be rewarded for playoff appearances with ty seasons. remember a few years ago when phoenix missed the playoffs while winning about 46 or 47 games?
