Between OU, OSU & Texas... they BU will lose at least one of the games. I'm going to shot-in-the-dark call it and say OSU gets the surprise upset.
Baylor's schedule has been awful. No reason to complain yet. They'll go up once they get to the meat of their schedule. Stanford has played much better teams. Missouri should clearly be higher.

No. Maybe if it was in Lubbock.
I actually agree on Mizzou. I don't know enough about who Miami has played to say one way or the other. But Stanford is clear cut...they lost to Utah. If they had lost to Oregon I might understand it, but Baylor gets ragged for only beating (annihilating) weak compe ion and Stanford can't even do that.
I'm just hoping for 9 wins which would be much better than expectations
Yeah Stanford is bull .
But if Baylor takes care of business, they should be #4 in no time.
let's just beat OU. if that happens things get interesting.
Tech / OU should be interesting. OU doesn't look very impressive. The afternoon game should help some. At least it's not at night on the road.
Any word on Mayfield? Is it going to be Webb again?
I don't see how you sit Webb after two straight 400 yard games, game sealing touchdown throw.
Webb has had good protection and has been able to sit back and pick defenses apart. Chances are though, that he'll get pressured a lot on Saturday.
Wouldn't surprise me to see Baker in the third if they get down by 20+ because they aren't moving the ball.
Webb definitely gets the nod. had some beautiful passes last week.
I agree. Baylor has been more impressive, but Stanford has played better teams right now. Miami hasn't been impressive either. I do think Baylor is the best in the Big 12 and like watching them play.
Webb will for sure be starting, how could he not? Finally, the real games begin for Tech, interested to see how they respond on the road to a top 15 team.
I wouldn't touch it, but if I had to, I'd take OU-7 running away.
I think I read that on AP voter had them at 15 because he said they haven't played anyone good yet, which is true.
It's true that they haven't played anyone yet, but 15 is ludicrous.. UCLA didn't suffer in the preseason rankings after Baylor crushed them and the whole PAC 12 got a boost as a result. If Baylor isn't for real, they'll be down where they belong soon enough. I'm just enjoying that they don't completely stink.
Agree. I would add that even though they haven't gotten into the hard part of their schedule, their dominance over the weak teams has been convincing enough to warrant the Top 10 ranking. They're averaging 63ppg more than half way through the season and their starters have played into the fourth only once this season. That's ridiculous if you think about it.
But I'm actually excited to see them go through the "gauntlet" of their schedule the next three games. Like you, I enjoy watching them not suck.
Climbing that ladder (thanks USC)...
#4 heading into the toughest game of their season. If they win in Stillwater, they'll move up another rung.
The Iron Bowl is likely Baylor's only shot. They need to take care of their business from here out. Taking a quarter off on defense might not be the best idea against Okie State.
Should be fine if you don't turn it over.
