Shut up you choking got. 6
After watching Jeff Ayers so far, I think that Blair brings more value as a player.
I didn't know Dirk was into y celebrations.

DeJuan Blair allows opponents to shoot 64.4 percent at the rim, with only poor Al Jefferson worse among players who log at least 20 mpg.

Blair is a poor man's David Lee. Players that can score+have a "knack" for rebounding but can't defend worth a arent that rare. They're also scrubs.
Blair's stats are misleading. Plenty upstairs were sucking him off at first because they were just reading regular season box scores and drooling over the anomaly game in OKC. Anyone who watched the game and recognizes anything about sets and defenses would see he's lost as all the time. On defense, watch for that smile, that's the "I ed up again but it's ok because they believe in me" smile. On offense, it's the "that was wild, I took a shot in the NBA" smile. He's still in college in his mind, at least on a skill and awareness level.
But he's not totally useless. He's a good trash time player and entertains the crowd.
Guy has the physique to be a solid role player in NBA but his lack of brain will always count against his odd of success. I watched the game against Miami last weekend and dude was did look lost on both ends of the floor. Dude's buzzer-beating 2nd chance score was good, but that was probably the only moment of his worth speaking positively of imho. In offense it's like, when you give him the ball he'll throw it towards the glass and try his luck for the rebound, and he can't pass the ball for .
I missed the whole Blair, Nia Long situation. Does anyone know what happened there? Audio, or video clip perhaps? Article? Thanks.
Basketball forums has great quality of posting huh...
