I saw his bailout three when Parker had nothing to do with the ball late in the 4th. That was vintage Manu.
Props are in order for his game tonight. Great job by Manu !
15 Pts, 7 Assts., 5 Rebs &.......1 turnover.

this. bailed him out after hogging the ball. that steal and pass to Belinelli was also vintage.
About 5 months too late

i wouldn't care if he scored 75 points tonight. it means nothing at this point.
So why are you watching?
He definitely feels more in control of his game. Still too many contested 3s (well, when he's not trying to bail Parker out, at least). And a few passes that will make the highlights when the intended player catches them, but still look way too risky to me. But all in all hard to find anything negative to say about his performance last night.
it's just the realistic situation for every 35+ yr old player imho. they can still be brilliant once in a while but you can't expect them to crank out such results consistently like they did in their primes. Too bad the Spurs didn't have no one else to count on last season when really mattered, which was why they lost. The 36yr old manu is not a superstar any more, just a solid role player who may shine every now and then but not always.
And maybe even more importantly, Manu seems to have understood this, and come to terms with it. Last year was still a transition year in this regard.
Besides, he will be back to TOSB mode in the next game or two. Washed up is a concept people here do not understand.
Because some of us watch THE SPURS not Manu TOSB Turnobili.
This. ^^^^^^
The jury is still out. He still has a tendency to play beyond himself. When the pressure is on he will revert to his old ways and sink us again. That's my prediction. I hope I am wrong.
I mean sure that TOSB should get props for a relatively meaningless regular season game, although it's sad that it's come to that. I'm more interested in what he does during critical moments of the playoffs.
I'm not really surprised about his play I'm really a surprised how he looks physically, last year he looked so sluggish he looks good physically so far
You are a pathetic poster.
Another ty take from the Moron Brigade, per par.

Manu was awesome last night!!! Props for the thread!! the chosen 1 shined again![]()
You realize Manu is on the Spurs, right? Just checking. I know that's a difficult correlation to make, what with him playing in every Spurs game and all. It's understandable that you have trouble making this distinction so I'll spell it out for you.
That is the question I've been wondering about...???
