I remember watching a movie on TBS or TNT late 80's or early 90's. I was about a white guy in Japan that had a race with ninjas.

The specific scene i remember was towards the end when he was going through the old town they called cucoos nest and the people after him had a mask so that they had faces on both sides kinda creepy.

This has bothered me for years...If anyone can find this movie i will paypal you 20 bucks..lol
