The video is crap, but I don't get the gots that hate on the song, tbh. Kanye got some nice bars on it.
It's all downhill after the first 30 seconds of beautiful scenery. Its him and Kim, and they have a quasi awkward sex scene in the last 45 seconds.

Let's face it, people hate Kanye for hooking up with Kim and making that Yeezus album, this song was the only track worth listening to on the entire joint, and it ain't some track of the year type of .
I liked the beat a lot, by the way. The "uh huh honey" sample was overdone, but other than that it was good.
He sounds like a 4 year old.
I think hating him is trendy now days, but I have never liked anything he did professionally. He makes a bad ass beat once in a while, and that's about it IMO.

The first 10 seconds are awesome, since they're all Yosemite. That snowy ridge the second shot in the video is filmed at is my favorite dayhike in the world: namely, Clouds Rest. That dropoff into Tenaya Canyon on the left there is 4500 feet. Just a ing amazing view. The first one (called the Diving Board) is one I have always wanted to do.

i don't like to discuss hip hop/rap with you frost kings but here are ye's latest interviews. in the second he is asked about the ty vid and he says its a parody vid and he's making fun of american culture.
I'm sure he has already. spooks these days can't handle much before melting down.
Well that changes everything, and by "everything" i mean "little or nothing". First off, he can't parody American culture well when his untalented wife is the representation of everything wrong with American culture. Second, he clearly did a ty job at said "parody" since nobody knew it was. If you have to explain it then clearly you did a ty job. I love Yeezy but there's no defending this turd.
after kanye's mom died the dude hasn't been the same mentally. he's a hypocrite, cry baby and pseudo intellectual...so of course a lot of the he says and does makes zero sense.
To be fair, I think he was all those thing prior to the loss of his mum. It has just been fueled by the loss on a suffocating level...
