Actually they only scored 7 points off of 4 Lions turnovers. The other 3 turnovers the Packers did nothing with them. The other 3 points were on one of the drives where the Lions kicker kicked it out of bounds. Either way that's terrible.

The answer to the question is because Flynn and the Packers O-Line sucks.
