here's what we had yesterday...there was 10 of us and half the people were white....I ate just 2 spoonfuls of each because it was too much....
- Carribean Jerk roasted turkey injected to the bone (no hyberbole the best turkey in the world)
- Carribean mango/ pineapple semi-glazed corn bread
- Special Turkey stuffing with cranberries, chutney without traditional corn bread dressing
- brocco-potato-carrot soup
Olive Oil Roasted Brussels sprouts / carrots
- Ceylon Cinnamon and Marshmellow baked mashed yams
- Roasted garlic Cauliflower dressing
- Home made turkey gravy
- red beans & rice
- Bonus - Special Pot Roast
- Wine wine and the more wine....in fact she even gave me my own bottle of Moscato
- Desert assortments
