To be fair, these Mexicans are just begging for racist remarks in this situation. All they had to do was prepare the arena for one NBA game, and they ed it up. Spurious correlation? Yes. Fun to make "dumb Mexican" jokes? yes.

My guess is Pop will be pretty gracious and not say anything to insult a country and pour salt in the wound. Pop is outspoken about the NBA, but when it comes to delicate things like this he normally takes a pretty understanding route.
