ATX Spur, the problem is you're focusing on the things in life that don't really matter. When I was a kid I had hopes and dreams. We all did. But over time, the daily grind gets in the way and you miss the things that really matter, even though they ...are right in front of you, staring you in the face. I think the next time you should ask yourself "Am I on the right track here?". I don't mean to be rude but people like you I really pity. So maybe you could use the few brain cells you have and take advantage of the knowledge I have given you now. Good luck.

You're the one who brought it back into the thread. I may have been gone for a while, but it looks like I'm not the only one on this forum who thinks your bull is petty.
Is this sarcastic? Focusing on things in life that don't matter? We're posting on an internet message board that barely talks about basketball anymore. That's about as frivolous as it gets. No one's talking about life focuses.
The thing is, people don't realize the work that goes into properly posting. They think posting is something that slackers can do, or gots, or assholes. It's not true. Posting is a dying artform and if you don't see that, I don't know what's wrong with you.
First of all, you sacrifice spending real time on SpursTalk. You can't participate as much as you'd like to because you're so busy writing posts that you can't. As a result, you miss a lot of really great threads. Still, it's a sacrifice, so you do it.
There's also the problem of " got detected". This message can really hurt your progress. You should try to get your posts into every active thread and if you have to sit there waiting before the hate period is over, you lose valuable time. This is also very difficult.
Also, picking which threads should get a post first are sort of difficult. There are threads that don't stay on the first page for very long, so you may be missing some of the more prominent threads. Of course, you should try to hit them all, but for the desire effect, you need to get into bigger threads quickly.
Finally, there's the moral problem. One thing about posting is that sometimes it feels good, but sometimes it feels bad.
It may seem like a lot to take in, but I believe you'll care enough about he content of this post to give it some thought.
