its like people are mad at green for not being an all star. he's not supposed to be. he's a role player, and a good one at that
No, but it would increase Marco Belinelli's minutes so that the Italian stallion can start playing 30 MPG, tbh, as he deserves.
Danny = thief.
Marco = deserves Danny's minutes.
Marco = robbed of 6th Man of the Year.

Yes, Green had no problem connecting in the first half when the pressure was off, but the dude couldn't do jack shat in the second half when we needed him. Once again, as I have demonstrated, he disappears when we need him. He is the an hesis of clutch.
I decided to look up his statistics from game 2:
1st Quarter: 9 points
3 pointer
3 pointer
3 pointer
2nd Quarter: 3 Points
3 pointer
3rd Quarter: 5 Points
3 pointer
2 pointer
4th Quarter: 0 Points
Proves my point.... tbh. 12 points in the first half when the pressure is off, then the pressure starts to build in the third and he becomes scared to shoot. Only 5 points in the third, then he just mains it in and shrivels into the fetal position in the fourth quarter as he goes 0-for-0 as the Heat go on to betch-slap our scrubby team. Yes, you can probably place some blame on our two heros (Neal's 3-7 and Parker's 5-14 and their combined 5 assists LOL) for not passing him the ball, but Green deserves a lot of blame, too.
Tbh, though he scored 17 points, 9 of those 17 came in the first few minutes of the game (the Spurs' first nine points, actually) before he started to get scared and Parker started to become a Hero.
That would be half the team. Of course he's a mental midget.
he kept us alive in a game where our team was getting outplayed. thats a great game from a role player. at that point, it was up to the stars to take over, since green bought them a lot of time. they didn't.
green isn't one of our stars, so stop holding him to their standards.
Yes, Green is a role player. Thus, he shouldn't be starting. It's ridiculous that a player of his caliber is a starting shooting guard. Pop needs to get his head checked. The Spurs have NEVER won a championship without an ****** or Ginobili anchoring the starting shooting guard position.
I should have known that a player from the city of choking (Knicks, Nets, per par) would be a choker, too.![]()
Elliott was a small forward. Mario Elie started for us in the 99 championship
He was wide open. Whoopidy do.
Diaw was the one that made that happen with his killer screen, tbh! Danny Green just took the easy shot.
you don't think green is as good as 1999 mario elie?![]()
That's not a mental midget....this is a mental midget
No, I don't. Elie was a better all-around player and was in TOSB stage by then, anyways, so it's not a fair comparison. Green is a one-trick pony that isn't even good at his one trick when the pressure is on! Tbh!!!!!!!
idgaf if it was a fair comparison. its not like the spurs time traveled and had prime elie. 2013 Danny Green is a better player than 1999 Mario Elie was. Green is a 2 trick pony, 3 and D
Green is a pure scrub which's well justified by his salary, it was your team's fault to count on role players to win you the championships imho
Wrong.
I totally agree, Rogue.
